Laughing out loud

How often do you actually laugh out loud? A lot of people seem reluctant to have a good hearty belly laugh and it feels so good when you do. How long has it been since you laughed untill it hurt? Why don't you laugh out loud?

I always laugh out loud. I cannot recall a day without it. It just feels so good. But a hearty belly laugh? That kind of laugh that you reach a point that you can't stop laughing, and your belly's hurting, and tears start to form in your eyes, I've had one of those around two weeks ago, and I cannot forget the feeling. And what is most unforgettable about it is the feeling of finally breaking that laughter, it was so comforting. LOL.
