Hi meeneixz, AVG is a good type of antivirus. Some viruses and malwares cannot be easily deleted by your antivirus, not to mention that it has the capability to detect malwares and other viruses. In this case, you need to use some virus removal tools for you to be able to delete the virus. If ever you have downloaded a software that is infected with virus, you need to close this immediately in the task manager. Then go to add/remove in control panel and remove it. Some software cannot be deleted because it's still running in the background, so you need to close this first in the taskmanager before you can remove this in the control panel. After that, scan your machine with antivirus in safe mode. Quarantine whatever it finds and delete the residual copy of that.
