Imagine your day today was video-taped from start to finish, and at 10:00 p.m. you were forced to watch the video. First, would you be "different" during the day if you knew you were being filmed? Second, if you didn't know you were filmed, would there be things you did today that you wouldn't want to watch? There are days I wouldn't want to watch the video at all. And I'm sure I would act differently in some situations if I knew it was being taped. How about you?

It could be a good tool to see how your are living your life on a day to day basis. Most people float through the day having little idea of what they are doing. You know, like just going through the same motions everyday. I think if we got a picture of how we are really living, we could make some changes to start living more in tune with what we want.

That would be a good way to see if we are working on achieving our goals, or becoming the person we are meant to be. It is an interesting thought, anyway.

Honestly, I would surely be a different person. I think most people will be. I strongly believe that most people become concious when they are being watched, we become mindful on our actions, and even in our speech maybe because we are afraid of what they will think about us. Don't you think?

I agree. We are different people when we know we are being watched or listened to, unless we are angry and lose control or don't care.
