Obesity, 'Socially Contagious'?

I am overweight and believe that being around people on a regular basis that over eat and don't exercize regularly whether it be playing, walking, or even dancing "without drinking in excess" can have a major impact on your body. Once you get in a routine of eating out or overeating at gatherings its very hard to break that cycle

I have heard of this too, and I had to laugh..How pathetic, I think thats its absolutely ridiculous.. I dont believe this for one second..

I also heard that obesity is contagious but I just don't know how it will affect the other. One way maybe is constantly accompanied by an obese individual, the eating habit maybe adopted, get indulged with his food. It's hard to get rid of it specially if it is mouth watering food.
