I had bread for my breakfast because I think the breakfast is quite necessary for body according to doctor's advice

Yes, Very true .. Its a very important meal ... Its adviced that one shouldnt miss a break fast at all. It harms the health.. Thanks for ur response !

Ok.. Im happy u had atleast one paratha .. But to tell u .. Skipping breakfast is not good. It harms the health. Oe should never miss the Breakfast.
