Nokia help

Alright, I have a Nokia E61 and it's messing with me, it's got a picture of headphones in the top right corner (implying that I have a headset, which I don't) and now I can't call since I can't hear anything, I've restored factory settings and that didn't do it.
Can anyone help me here?
