How to place the meta tags generated in my blog?

I genarated meta tags using the meta tag analyser and i have pasted it in my Ms Word document. Now i want to incorporate it my blog. pals, i dont know how to proceed further. Can i place the metatag generated in my blog url itself or somewhere in the blogs.How to do? After generating the meta tag, i got a note displayed below the meta tags. how to do the same? ( I dont know the abc's of HTML.. hahahaha) Please cut and paste this section on top of your HTML page in a text editor. You should replace the section from HTML to HEAD
