A couple just had their 17th baby. They are all home schooled! These parents must be saints~ that's all I can say. I can't understand how they can even afford to have 17 children. What do you think about this?

I'd been anxiosly waiting to hear about the new baby! This is an amazing family. I know some people don't understand their conservative lifestyle but I think it's great...not that I'm interested in the 17 children, quiverful movement. I'm a little surprised they chose Jennifer since their other names are more uncommon but I gess after tha many they were bound to run out eventually!

With all the names starting wtih a J, it must have been hard to think of a new name. I have a hard enough time calling my 4 kids by their name, I would be going nuts with 17 J names. I applaud this family.

I come from a small family and only had one child. I cannot comprehend so many kids. Good luck to them.

Wow--- I did hear this- I think they were in the People magazine a
while back- I can't believe it- I'm not sure how I feel- I mean I
would NEVER do this. I can't imagine having 17 babies- think of all
it would do to your body- Saints?? To each their own I guess- I
wonder how they afford them also- I think the oldest might be 20- so I
imagine that he works maybe he helps support-

I can't comprehend how they can afford them either. We struggle to afford all the things for our 4 children. With sports equiptment, school clothing and even groceries!! Wow...that must be a huge bill! I saw a picture of the whole family and they looked like a great family. All standing so very proud looking at the newest addition.

WOW...that's fun having with lots of kids in the house..i think these kids area really for them because they can afford them to send to schools or can afford to buy anything for their kids..here in our country, if i'm not mistaken one of the family here have 20 kids and that's very fun..it's unbelievable but it's true..

I am so impressed with this. I would never have the patience to home school and I only have 4 kids. They don't listen to me in general, so trying to teach them is not my idea of fun.
