Will India and China take away American jobs? Or will it be USA will only outsource low end work to India and China? Will India and China be able to out-innovate the USA?

I think outsourcing is a serious concern. Consumers want products at the lowest price possible but labor costs keep rising in America. If it means they can undersell their competition, I think you'll see more jobs being shipped overseas.
