How often should we refresh the computor?I do it at the end of the day ,every day.What about you?

I seldom refresh my computer. I only refresh it when it is very dusty. It is not a good idea. I think that I should learn from you to refresh it every day. Thanks for sharing.

Me.....just like you. As refreshing computer is a good practice actually, but many users do not know the advantages; as we refresh ourself one in a day.

Yes its like us having a bath-I refresh it twice a day and found that my computor does not slow down.

Actualy I refresh it just as I start and then at the end of all the work I do on it.So its twice.

I ususally shut down my computer whenever I have done an important update, otherwise close to never. If you mean like clearing out all files and starting from scratch, I probably do it once a year to keep everything running well and to delete files I no longer need.
