DVDs are the best, unless I'm renting. Since nobody around here seems to take care of DVDs when they rent them, they are usually all scratched up. That's why I rent VHS tapes instead.

I prefer to watch dvds instead of vhs. I like watching all the little extras they put on the dvds.

I like watching DVD's the best. When we watch the kids' favorite movies, we skip the entire first part of most movies now so that we can get right to the action [most exciting] parts of the movie. So when we watch any of the three Jurassic Park dinosaur movies, we go right to the dinosaurs. When we watch any of the four Tremors movies, we go right to the giant worm [graboid] action. When we watch Eight-Legged Freaks, we go right to the giant spider action. We hardly ever see movies from the beginning anymore except for the very first time that we watch them.

i like DVD because they have deleted scenes, bloopers etc. It is sad because I have collected movies for about 5 years now and have about 500 VHS...lol I might try to switch over to DVD but that would cost so much!

dvds are way better I can fastforward to a section I want to watch or I can pause it nd not worry about missing any of it when I get back to watch it unlike vhs where if you pause it it slowly keeps playing

John Abraham - One of my favorite stars
Actually I prefer VCD if the print is good. I have a VCD player only and have a 29 inch onida KV thunder TV. It is more enjoyable to watch movies on my TV than on my computer. If I have to watch a movie on DVD then I have to watch it on my computer.
