Mystery/Thriller Genre

I love a good mystery/thriller book. Dean Koontz is my favorite author. Kay Hooper's "Evil" & "Fear" series are right at the top. I've recently found a new author I enjoy reading...Anne Frasier. In an effort to discover other new(to me) mystery/thriller authors, I wondered if anyone had suggestions for a writer I may not have heard of.
I look forward to seeing some new names to add to my reading list.
