A Thankful Heart

My friend sent me this message this morning. It says:
"Everything that God allows
to come our way is with a
purpose. He uses even the
greatest error and the deepest
hurt to mold us into a person
of worth and value."
Most of the time, I let pains and hurts overwhelm me and affect my day. I feel like the most miserable person when I'm being pulled down by circumstances beyond my control.
But I just can't let it won over me, so I have to deal with them.
Looking back at my failures and past, I am thankful for the pains, hurts, discouragement and disappointment. I have come to realize that these trials helped me to become tough and brave in facing life. It also showed me who my REAL friends are when my life went rough.
Some hurtful moments are blessings in disguise. :)

Many times I thank God for my problems. I am an author and some of the hardest times I have had in my life have become the basis for a story! So everything that happens in our life happens for a reason!

Hi jillhill! :) Thank you for sharing about your site here. (",) You are right. God has reasons why He allows certain things to happen to us. He allows pain so that we'll be stronger. Whatever His reasons are, surely it is for our own good. :)

Well, that is just great to know. I think those are some good words and they sound like they are from a thankful heart too.
