Do you have some good way to lose weight?

I'm not statisface with my stature.I want to lose weight,but I find it very difficult.I have tried many ways but defeat at last.If you have some good ways to lose weight,please tell me.Thank you very much!

My cousin had loss weight by doing a fruit diet for 1 week. She ate only mix fruits salads, vegetables and drank about 2-3 liters water daily. However amongst the fruits she consumed, she avoided eating too much bananas, grapes and apples. She did this diet twice a month and had amazingly loss 15-17 kg! She is in perfect health and does not suffers the side-effects of her diet.

10 quick things to do to improve health and lose weight 1.DRINK a half a gallon to 1 gallon of water a day 2. get at least 7 - 9 hours of sleep a night 3. Take a multivitamin 4. Stop intake of all fast food .. they add chemicals to your food that make you fat 5. Exercise regulary 6. Eat a salad before meals 7. Eat grapefruit 8. Spread meals out to make 6 small meals a day instead of 3 traditional meals 9. Try heavy breathing for 15 min. a day while watching TV 10. Go to www.bodybuilding.com its not just for bodybuilders there are many weightloss programs for you to try there ! hope this helps
