my weird annoying neighbours!

we have a big fat lazy bull mastif. he just lies around waiting for food. theres another stray dog in the neighbourhood that is smaller and female. same colour. during the night that dog seem to target my neighbours yard. every night when that dog bothers them, he phones us. between 1 and 3, thinking its our dog. they dont believe us when we say it isnt. im at the point of taking revenge.
