I thought Id nap

The funniest thing I thought I would lay down for a nap because I dont know why but was really tired. So I laid down right next to Maggie my cat who sleeps on my side of the bed with her head on the pillow. Just like me. Next thing you know Im awake and I look at the clock I was only sleeping for 10 minutes.LOL But I feel rested and Im not tired anymore. I guess thats all I needed. Has this ever happened to you?

First of all, how cute!!! Sweet Maggie. Oh yes, I have done that. I love a good power nap every now and then. For that matter, I love a good two hour nap once in a while as well. Good for you, you obviously needed it.

Awwww thankyou my cats think they are people.LOL Yes thats what it was a power nap. If I sleep to long I wont sleep that night.

Looks like you took a cat nap.I wish I could feel refreshed after a 10 minute nap.Seems this makes me feel more tired and lazy.

no way i have to get a good 1 hr. and a half in too feel rested! if i do any less, i get a headache! ur lucky tho, i wish i could feel that way, b/c when i do lay down to get a nap that's all i get!

No when I go lol I am out for 2 hours solid and that is minimum there is nothing I can do about that but then I am having bad nights so I guess I am catching up in the Day lol

yes it used to- but now if I try that I am alseep for hours and my day it totally shot...lol Years ago I used to go to the tanning bed after work and while I was in there the hum of the bead and the warmth of the bed would lul me to sleep - it was only 20 minutes but I would feel like I slept 8 hours....ah the good old days....lol

I'm glad you feel refreshed after taking short nap.... I wish I could do that, but I'm one of those people that once I'm awake, I'm awake...wouldn't mind taking a nap though....this weather is really taking it out of me...maybe that's why you were tired too...still have that pool? Can I come over? LOL

There are times that all it has taken is a Quick Cat nap so to speak and I am awake again as well, and then there are the times that I need a longer nap. I know for me it really depends on a lot of factors but I know there are definately times in which there is nothing better than a Quick nap to refresh.

Oh yes! THey are the best things that ever happened! I would do this when my kid was sleeping after I had her... I felt so great! Sometimes I do it now but with her being such a nosey body and wont nap for me it is kind of hard :( Glad you have experienced the best!

Thats good for you but i generally don't want to take a nap on the day time and if I try to do it, I will easily pass out 3-4 hrs still feeling sleepy all day. it is so bad thats why I generally do not to go any close to me bed along the day. Sometime I get tired and really want to take rest but taht is just by seeing Tv or tailking to somebody, this online working makes me tired easily, so i stop it sometime and take rest.

10 minutes. That is so funny...LOL...It has happened to me once or twice..sometimes I guess we are so tired and then only a little nap can be just what we needed..weird..

oh, that did happened to me..when i was so tired and restless on work, i took a 30 mins break and spend it sleeping for a while then the next thing i knew i woke up and i only got like 10 mins or so sleep but it feels like i had a good nice long sleep..maybe its all what my body needed to gain some strength again..
