My favourite scene and dialogue out of all Harry Potter movies is, in the first movie, the way Snape enters the class room, throwing open the door, and his dialogue "CLEARLY FAME IS NOT EVERYTHING", when he puts questions to Potter and Potter says "I DO'NT KNOW SIR". What is your favourite scene or dialogue of Harry Potter movies?

One of my favorite scenes is in Chamber of Secrets after Lockhart gets his memory erased by Ron's backfiring wand. When he regains consciousness, he sits up, looks at Ron and says, "Hello," and does this random smiling face. I dunno why but I find that hilarious every time I see it. I think it's just the way he says it, all happily. I also love when Fred and George shout "Well done dragon!" when the dragon breaks free trying to kill Harry in Goblet of Fire. Oh, and when Fred mimes dancing and does that whole routine while asking Angelina to go to the ball with him. Fred and George are two of my favorite characters if you can't tell ^_^

the most impressive scene to me is the first time harry entered hogwarts and see all these magical things, startled and attacted. and i can't forget dumbledor's speech full of wit and surprises, every time before the first dinner back school,"there's a time for speech making, but this is not it. tuck in"

Yes. Dumbledor's speech was always interesting. Always new things told.

Hmmm... I kinda like the part where Snape smacks Harry and Ron with parchment when they are discussing who to take to the Yule ball in 'Goblet'. But my husband likes the part in 'Prisoner of Azkaban' where Prof. Trelawny tells Hermione that 'your soul is as dry as the books that you read and cling to'. Just the way she says it sounds so funny! I also had to laugh when I read in...i think it was Half Blood Prince...anyways, the part where Harry makes a comment about Ron stuttering.

Ya. I too like that parchment hitting scene. How these two struggle for getting a girl company for yule ball, really funny.

My favorite scene in the movies would probably be the firework scene in the last movie. I love Fred and George and i hate Dolores Umbridge.

Oh sure. Irrespective of my age I was shouting in the theatre. Even others were shouting. They have picturised it so well. You are right. This Dolores Umbridge so cheap and dirty minded. If the Potter character was real, imagine how the child would have suffered?

In fact there are many scenes and figures in Harry Porter that I like. Hermione and Dumbledore are my favorite characters in it. I think the dialogue Dumbledore had with Harry about different choices leading to different life very impressive

I don't think I can narrow it down to just one scene or dialogue. But I really liked two scenes in particular in the last movie. The first was when Harry came back to the Gryffindor common room after being kissed by Cho and he and Ron and Hermione shared a really good laugh. It was a very heartwarming moment and seemed very natural. It almost made me cry. The other was later in the movie when Hermione talks about it feeling good to break the rules a little and Ron says "who are you and what have you done with Hermione Granger?" Oh and I also like the scene where Hermione slugs Malfoy in the 4th movie.

Your selection is too good. Even my children were enjoying that common room thing. This breaking rules was really good. The way Ron kept his face sarcastingly and uttered those words, superb.
