We found a very young kitten, starved , in Thornbury July 31.2006 at the dock where the boats are launched. We suspect she was to be used as bait to catch big fish by the fishermen. (We got the info from a reliable source and also thruth the internet. Anyone know how I can go ahead to inform the authorities to protect this helpless kitten babies from this cruel dead? We don't understand humanes can be so cruel! For any info thanks a lot. Rosie
