The young boy and his father were fishing when a shot was fired at a snake from a police officer which struck the water next to them and then another shot struck and killed the young child. If this will be tried criminally, it'll be a charge of involuntary manslaughter. If not, the very least consequence will be his badge and pension. For negligence this severe, I would hope he gets some sort of jail time. How could a 'Noble' police officer shoot twice and not only miss the snake but also kill a 5 year old child! He should be locked up.
