Cop shooting at snake likely killed a 5 year old boy!

A stray bullet fired by a police officer trying to shoot a snake hit and killed a 5-year-old boy fishing at a nearby pond with his grandfather in Noble, Oklahoma on August 4th, 2007. If it turns out that the bullet fired from the police officer is the one in deed that killed this child, then I find it careless and he should for sure be charged and let go from all job duties as a police officer because he surely doesn't do his job right. You just can't shoot your gun at things without making sure you have a clean shot and more so, make sure nobody is around to get hurt. This story really angers me… This child shouldn't have died, not like this. It was an accident, I'm sure of that, but if the officer wasn't so careless, things might of turned out better.
