For those of you who have followed the trauma in my family, of my 9 year old step daughter making allegations to the Police saying my 14 year old daughter, hasd assaulted her, here is the latest. My daughter had to be interviewed by the Police yesterday. Apparently there are numerous allegations, but only one the Police decided to pursue. This was the one where my step daughter claims she crawled under the computer table. She then says, that my daughter tried to ram her with a chair. When she tried to crawl out, my daughter supposedly tried to strangle her around the neck with her feet. As I was present for most of this incident, I know it is quite false & preposterous. My daughter explained things verey well to the Police. Evidently my step son, nearly 14 year, was heavily invloved in making these allegations. The Police are going to let us know in a few days if this is going to be pursued, or not. If it is going to be pursued, I need to get a lawyer for my daughter. This is terrible for my husband & daughter. I always knew my step children would do something bad, as they are too heavily influenced by their evil mother. My husband is devastated that his children could do such a thing. Both are old enough to know what a lie is. My step son in particular, is stupid to think he can make thse sorts of allegations, then walk into our house as though nothing has happened.. I think my husband is almost ready to give up on them. I know I certainly am.

I hope everything works out for you and your daughter. I could not be comfortable in a situation like that with those two troublemakers. Have you thought about setting up a hidden camera that can record what goes on when they are around your daughter? Something like that could provide proof of the truth. If those kids haven't caused enough trouble already, they probably won't stop with the prompting by their sick mother.

All I can say is that I am sorry that you have to go through this. And I hate to say this, I think it may be time to not allow your daughter to be around those other kids. At least for a little while.
