Fruit salad with balsamic

Want a quick and easy fruit salad recipe? Try this out and let me know what you think. In a large bowel add about 2-3 tablespoonfuls of balsamic vinegar and about 1/4 cup of honey. Adjust to your liking. Add a handful of fresh mint (any kind will do), pinch of salt and splash of OJ. Add a pint of berries and any other fruit you like. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 20min. Serve with a health dose of Cool Whip or frozen yogurt.

Great! whole foods are so good for you - but if you don't eat meat you need to get your protien, iron and zinc from other sources. Iron/zinc help your immune system. ps: feel free to visit my own blog about scooter here http://electric-scooterinfo.blogspot.com
