my first touch with Poison Ivy...

I just got it 3 days ago. We were staying in one of family camp ground about 5 miles from sea isle city, NJ. Actually I kind of enjoy i until this poison ivy gave me their LOVELY touch. first time in my life i feel their horrorable itchiness. One of other camper in there gave me this some sort medication ( i forgot the name ) that made me smell like a wet dog. I just so freak out. It's really are unpleasant experience. wanna share your intimacy with Poison Ivy?

I have never gotten to know poison Ivey but I have gotten to know poison oak intimatly. LOL I got poision oak all over my body one time. The rash was so bad, it started from my head and went into my feet. I itched all over even in my eyes and mouth. I was miserable. That was the worst I got poison oak and yes I got it in my private area's. I burned when I peed. I can still itch just talking about it.

well, being itch, with all those ugly bumps, plus smell like a wet dog from the medication, really were a lot of problems ...LOL ;) thank's for responding!

What a nasty plant, I dont think that we even have it here in Oz, I have heard thats its horrible. Im glad that I have never neen affected by it..I hope that you are better..

the bumps already fade, but i swear i still feel like i want to scratch! This afternoon, i finally can get the oatmeal bath...feel a lot better. you are right it is a nasty plan indeed.
