Who can make their holy communion?

My child will be starting reception reception school next year in a church of england school, she is a catholic and baptised, i need to know if she can still make her holy communion, would the church of england school teach her about her religion in some of their religion classes and prepare her for making her holy communion. The catholic priest of my parish visits the school once a week for people who want to go to maas in the school, as their is no catholic church where i live, about 5 miles away, if the school does not prepare her, would the priest do so, what would i have to do guidance wise?
