who actually propose better GIRL OR BOY

The men are supposed to be the one to propse, so I would say they are better at it by means of experience, only because i have never heard of the girl proposing first.

I'm not sure that anyone proposes anymore. It used to be the boy, and he used to have to ask the girl's father, but people are more open now, so instead of a formal proposal, now people just drift together, I think. I see it happening more like this: I don't think I want to get married! Oh, come on, why not? Oh, all right, let's do it. OK.
