I have implemented "walking medicine" for the last 3 years and now, waking non-stop for 30 minutes in a day, but this practice is not for weight loss and it meant for enhancing blood circulations. Regular exercise like sit up and the et ceteras will do and it must be done for continuing 20 minutes in a day for fat burning process. And it related to your food intake calories. Will no effects for weight loss if your intake is 100cal. and the fat burning is at only 80calories. I suggest you to take alkaline drinking water in the mean time continue with your regular exercise. Because it will help you to increase your metabolic rate. Enjoy with your regular exercise and take alkaline drinking water.

This I would like to know too, before winter started I was going for a walk every day, just half an hour and I didn't lose anything, I was so disappointed and now the nice weather is coming back I will try again so maybe I will have to go for more than half an hour, one thing I have found out on here is it is better to go for a walk before dinner, I was going after dinner so maybe that is where I was making my mistake...good luck to yoy.
