J. k. Rowling says that (in the books) Voldemort is controlling Harry's Mind, but in fact acc to the storyline, he did it only once in the 5th book, and now in the 7th book Harry can freely enter and leave (with difficulty) Voldemorts mind, without leaving a trace, like Harry monitoring him... put ur thoughts too....

but that's not persuasive. can you believe harry's parents were in their 60s if they were alive?

ok, so in the 4th book Harry sees Cedric die. When he sees someone die, he can see the creatures that pull the carraiges, and yet it is a surprise to him in the beginning of the 5th book. Wouldn't he have been able to see them when they took him back to the train in the 4th book?

In the epilogue of book 7 (Nineteen years later part), when James said that "Teddy was snoggin' Victoire", why was Teddy still going to Hogwarts? Wasn't he born during the battle period, when Harry was 17? If so, that would make him already 19 years old. And weren't the students only study until 17 years old at Hogwarts? What was he doing in the train then? Was he only there for a visit? Is he already a professor? hehe. Or is he still a student?!

i guess that because if she didn't put it that way, the story wouldn't go like that on the last book. i mean, harry wouldn't know that voldemort is after the elder wand. he's constantly seeing olivander right? and that hogwart battle, how harry know that voldemort is going on his way to hogwarts if its not because of this connection? hey, maybe voldemort can blocked his mind, so that when harry entering his mind, he could leave without a trace.

All authors should have a commitment towards the society and its a pity that J.K.Rowling doesn't seem to have any of it.If she had she would have delivered books of more value to her fans, considering the exorbitant price of the books.

The 7th book Harry can freely enter and leave his mind? Is it? Thanks for the information. Actually I don't know about the books. In India, we see the movies when release in our country.

you got it wrong she never said infact refuted that voldy was ever controlling harry's mind the reason that harry could see into voldy mind was that he contained the part ofsoul of voldy and as voldy does not has harry soul so he cannot see into harry's mind

Well, yeah, I was wondering too why Harry can freely enter Voldemorts thoughts while Voldy can't freely go in Harry's thoughts. They were supposed to be reciprocal in that area. I didn't bother so much about it though coz I was enjoying the story. Another thing I was very troubled with (which I posted here a few days ago) was how Draco came to be the owner of the elder wand without possessing the wand himself. But that was answered by other mylotters in my other discussion. I don't want to go over and think of other flaws because I really love the epic. In fairness to j.k., it is an amazing book --all of them all together.

Maybe it's sort of like the Sorcerer's Stone thing. If you recall, the stone could only be procured by those who wanted to do good with it. So maybe Harry can get into Vold's brain because it was ultimately for the good of the world but not vice versa because Vold would want to do so to perpetuate evil in the world.

Hey frnds...it is very simple to understand, but u r callin it a flaw. Well, i'm amazed. All of u must remember dat, while tryin to kill potter, voldy left one of his horcrux into potter. so harry possessed voldy in a way, and thus could enter his mind at his wish, but voldy cudn't do it da other way. In da 5th part he realised dis and so let potter see what he actually wanted him to see, and so attracted him to the place where the prophecy was kept...if u still want further clarification...then mail me at prem.ronaldo@gmail.com
