Can someone tell me what happened last night (Sunday 8/5) on Big Brother 8?

I forgot about it last night and I wanted to know what happened? I watched it Thursday night and they were dangling from the swing thingie. But I didn't get to see who won HOH or who was nominated. Or any arguements etc. If you watched it could you PLEASE fill me in? I am so addicted to this show. I went to the website and all I could see it maybe Danielle won? Not sure though. Got to run for work. Please, please fill me in. Thanks
