I've had many wonderful religious experiences. But a one week (summer) outdoor camp/communal type experience and a week long (indoor) retreat were the two most lasting experiences. I think I enjoyed them the most because of the sense of community - along experience- builds. Your turn-what was/were your best experiences?

My religious experience! I am not sticking with any religion so far but I remember when I went to Thailand. I went to some temples there and those are really interesting. I remember that one of the temple has a nice stone elephant (not too big) outside and they said that if you make a wish and then try to lift up that elephant, if you can lift that up, that means your wish is granted. I was sitting there and I really observed that some people there couldn't lift the elephant up! It's not really the strength, so I find that quite amazing. I am still exploring different religions and I think the understanding mentally is a really nice experience too!

You went to Thailand and got to go to the temples there? Wow! That is so exciting. Thailand must be very interesting. Could anyone lift the elephant? Thank you for responding to my zero response topic.

Yes I went there because it's pretty close from where I am! Yes some people can lift the elephant and some can't. It's really amazing! I watched till my mom said we had to go *laughs*. *laughs* Thanks for the best response!
