247 payouts and Royal Invest Biz - High Paying PTC - are they scams?

Hello there.. I recently came across 2 supposed High paying PTC - 247 Payouts and Royal Invest. Has anyone joined these 2 PTCs before? 247 Payouts claims to give 10USD per click and has a minimum payout of 5000USD. Royal Invest is even more ridiculous.. It claims to pay 100USD per click and has a minimum payout of 200,000USD. Personally I feel 247 Payouts seems more real.. I've joined both just for fun to see if they really pay. They only offer a couple of ads to click per day hence it does not take up much time.

i think that 247payouts is real, just like you say reach 5000 its hard getting 10$ for each mail, and they send you 3 or 2 mails daily, can be truth. I have 3000$, if I charge the money ill tell you. Also I have a friend in 247payouts and he have like 3700~4000$ I dont talk with him since last week, so I will tell you if this site is scam or not, but seems not.
