In the past three months,I do not want to sleep when the clock has pointed to twelve, after 2 or 3 hours,I begin to feel a little bitA tired and boring,so then I will go to bed.And in the daytime,I will often have a very exausted feeling over my whole body, just like I have experienced a hard & difficult work.
Who can tell me why?
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I think you are having insomnia. There are many reason which can result in insomnia, and one of it is if you drink too much coffee. Are you a coffee addict? If not, maybe there are other reasons, such as you worry so much. Tension can alter the sleep pattern of an individual, depending on the level of stress they are carrying. If both things are not you, maybe you should go consult your college doctor. I believe there is one health center there. I hope you will overcome this soon.

Its a fact that a nights sleep is a nights sleep. If you sleep all day it won't make you fresh. If you sleep for only 5 to 6 hours in night, you"ll wake up all fresh up and will carry out whole day even working hard. I had my first job at the airport in a ground handling agency as network administrator. All international flights were and are of the departure times in the night from here my city Lahore in Pakistan. I worked in consecutive nights for more than three years. After I left my that job, I had a very big problem in waking in days and work as I was so much used to wake in the nights. I had 5 leaves at my second job in the very first month. Thanks God my new boss didn't fire as he was well aware of my problems which I overcame with some time.
