At the ripe old age of 33 I am certain that my forgetfulness is not caused by age. Although when I was younger my memory was quite a bit better. I misplaced things,I forget to pay bills on time, I forget the appointments, and important dates. A lot of times people tend to believe that if you forget something it is not or was not all that important to you that is not true! There is simply too much swirling around in my head for me to keep it all on the ball all of the time. Are you the same way? Is there some type of mental calisthenics that one can do to improve your memory? Or is it all downhill from here?

I have a horrible memory. When I say horrible memory I mean that I can be talking and get distracted and completely forget what I was saying. It's pretty hard. I've always been like that. And an FYI...I'm 25. I've had a horrible memory for as long as I can remember. which..obviously isn't very long! I find making myself notes constantly is the best thing I can do...though I misplace the notes and such.

I'm forgetful all ready and I'm only 28! ITA that just because you forget means it's not important. Sometimes there's just too much for one person to remember. ;)

I must say I get forgetful sometimes. not really sure if it has anything to do with age.
