My hubby and I always watch antique road show and try to guess the value of the antiques? Its fun., how many of you do that?

I didn't even realise or know you got it in the states, it's been on in the UK for years & they've filmed the British version quite close to where I live a few times over the years. I love seeing the expression on peoples faces when they get a nice surprise finding how much the antique the took along is worth :)

I DO TOO. iTS ALSO A GREAT WAY TO LEARN HOW TO LOOK FOR ITEMS AND HOW TO BUY THEM WHEN YOU ARE OUT LOOKING AT pLACES THAT HAVE ANTIQUES. iTS AN EDUCATION AND AND LOTS OF FUN....

My mum and dad are always watching antique programmes on television and yes they try to estimate how much each item is and it's like a mini competition between them. I am not interested in antiques per se but I am amazed at how much things go for, that I wouldn't get a dollar for! There are quite a few antique shows on Sky now.
