proposel for the construction of new drilling location and camp site in a virgin seasonally flooded area.access to the location is possible only through approximately 5 km access road that will be constructed through the naturally occurring mangrove forest including one 30m span reinforced bridge and culverts acrossa major river and several creeks.the terrain through which the route traverses in a seasonally flooded.the entire road and the location area is new and characterised by thick virgin mangrove rain forest/swamp.the rains lat for about 6-7 month in a year.Geo-technical investigation conducted through the road alignment revealed that the sub grade is generally composed of pealy clay to depth between 0.5 to 2 m below this peaty clay is another 3m - 13m thick layer of organic silty clay and is tidaly inundated in most areas, the soil type in this arae has low permeability, high compressibility and low bearing values.thus, the entire road, location and campsite shall be constructed on fill material up to 5m is some sectio.excessive sttelment is envisaged and provision of proper drainage for the road pavement structure should be made. Please can u help in providing detailed technical proposal for the execution of this work giving deatails/reason for our choice of construction material and discuss the sequence of activities that will be undertaken from contract award to hand over/close out.please can u hel me with a proposal?
