Does the site ever look "weird" layout-wise?

I don't know if it's just my pc, but sometimes when I go to the main site or to a specific page from a digg link, the page that loads does not look the way it should, it's almost as if a low-tech version of the page loads, and I am not sure why that happens. Has that ever happened to you?
