Gold City Quartet

For those of you who enjoy southern gospel music, I wondered if any of you had seen the Gold City Quartet live in concert.
They were in Hot Springs last Thursday night, and we were able to see them. They were very good and provided about 2 hours of great southern gospel music.
None of the members are originals, but they still do alot of the old GCQ music, including some that they did when they combined with the Kingsmen.

Oh yeah. I grew up on that music. I've seen them perform a couple times, although like you said, the members are different now. My parents have seen them even more than me. The Kingsmen were always another favorite, and I know my parents had a lot of their tapes.

We are getting ready to host Brian Free and Assurance here at The Church at Crossgate Center. It is the church that sponsors the school where I work. I'm looking forward to that concert, because I love Southern Gospel music. We have a free concert series in Hot Springs, and have all kinds of group come in, and they simply take up a love offering.
