I came across this first video sometime ago. Apparently this newborn kitten wasn't doing so great, and the person in the video was actually trying to make it "come back to life" so to say. Then there is an up-date video of how this kitten turned out...and all I can say is AWWWWW! Here's the first http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=qHeQiw90Lls And the second: http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=WRbxoIzS5Ag Thought I'd share this

She is just to cute for words, pyewacket. I am so happy that she made it. It looked like touch and go threre in the beginning. I just love a success story. She was so tiny at first.

I forgot how small kittens were at birth....My Pyewacket was the last of the very last litter to be born here...and that was six years ago.

Thanks for sharing. That was so cute. I once had a cat that had 5 kittens. I watched the kittens be born. I had to give them all away becase I lived in an apartment that didn't allow pets, but they let me have the one cat. I didn't know that she was going to have kittens when I moved there. I wanted to keep them because they looked so cute. It was hard keeping the kittens until they were old enough to give away without being caught, but I did it.

Someone "dumped" two little kittens on my door one time....they were so young that I did have to bottle feed them and be mom to them...of course my landlord found out about it and was threatening us with eviction...I did keep them until they were weaned and gave them to a friend of mine willing to take them...I never cried so hard though when I had to hand them over to her...

Thanks for that. That took me back 11 years. My Frisky looked a lot like that when he was baby, but he was smaller, he did not cry at first either, but he breathing, so we knew he was healthy, I have video of my three on youtube.com as well. My Goldie was three weeks when I received her. She was abandoned, but my brother and I took care of her and kept her healthy, she is 10 years old today. Here are some videos of them. http://youtube.com/watch?v=vLOP0-EqGR0 http://youtube.com/watch?v=HqNlczYwQr8 There is a new show on ABC Family called "Slacker Cats", but these guy right here are the original "Slacker Cats".

Thanks for sharing the videos, I had almost forgotten how cuddly and cute kitties are, especially the young ones. I once took care of five almost newborn kitties when their mother was sick. It was a hard work feeding them every few hours so I was sooo happy when she got better and could start feeding them herself.

Believe I know myself how hard it is to take care of little newborn kitties..I had to do it myself a few times--but well worth it, no?

Awwww, that was so cute. I am glad the little kitty is okay. Something similar happened to me. My cat had a kitten that I really didn't think was going to make it. The momma wouldn't take care of it either. I did. It survived the first night and then the momma started to take care of it. I named her Lucky.

I've had my share of taking care of little ones and act as a mid-wife and mom to little newborns as well...kind of miss that experience...my pyewacket was the last of the litters to be born six years ago

Well, I couldn't see the vidoes while here at work. I can't download Flash Player on this computer. But from the comments posted on each page, I can see that everything turned out good. I LOVE kitties!
