Toothpaste Caps

Most tubes of toothpaste come with caps that can be both screwed off or flip top opened. Which do you use? I prefer to screw the cap off. I tried the flip top and didn't like it and would just as soon they didn't offer that feature. For me the flip top is messier than just unscrewing the whole top. So why do you do it the way you prefer.

yes,in china you can choice screwed top or flip top. most people usually use screwed top,but sometime the tube of the fliptop is always soft shell, and crewedtops' has a hard tube. in fact, i like fliptop better, because of convenicence.

I like flip tops because it saves me time in opening and closing the tube. I'm usually in a hurry so i have to do things fast. As for the mess created with flip tops, I have to keep reminding people to use it neatly so it can be closed well. It's sort of annoying to keep reminding them but I just have to. This is the only cap that works for me. In fact I want flip tops with almost everything I use: shampoos, lotion and all other bottled and tubed things I use daily.

I like the screw tops better too. Right now we are using a tube with a flip top and it's been driving me crazy. If it's not perfectly clean it won't close all the way and will leak all over the place. I love the toothpaste but hate the cap.

Most I see in stores have both. I probably wouldn't get one that only had the flip top.

I am using toothpaste with the flip top caps. I agree with you that its messier because we tend to forget to close the fliptop after using the toothpaste but its easier to use, just flip it open. :-) We have just to always remember to close it after we're done using.
