First learning that I was a dog many years ago, I was a bit disappointed, not only because I am a cat person whom most dogs tend to dislike on sight, but also because the associated characteristics did not seem to fit me at all. But when we add the 5 basic elements to the calculations, then all fit into place. I love the Chinese signs because you can use them to trick some people into revealing their ages, lol, and they never figure it out.
