weird dreams, my daughter is scared

my daughter woke up crying from a dream twice 2 nights ago. she said something about growing big and white stuff all over her eyes and mouth. anyway now she's not eating much. i used to tell her eat all your food it will help you grow big and strong. now she says she doesn't want to eat cause she's now afraid to grow big because of the dream. i don't know what to do to help her.

I suggest that you talk to her one to one and get to know her real problem. Many times dreams are created out of our anxieties during the day. Maybe she is hiding an emotional stress inside her chest, and she doesn't know how to let it go. Maybe she doesn't feel secure enough to reveal her feelings to anybody, due to the fear that the person would not accept it. I believe you can figure out this problem with your daughter.
