GPT Site Recordkeeping

I think it is important to keep accurate records on the offers I submit so that I do not have dups on various sites. Given the issue of fraud, I think we all need to make a united effort to do this so advertisers will not be hesitant to use the GPTs, thereby increasing ad offerings for us. Do you have a recordkeeping system and if so what exactly do you do? Many thanks for your input.

I keep record on microsoft excel, fraud is a really big issue concerning gpt sites and I don't want to run the chances of completing an offer twice, ever. I have a pre-made spreadsheet that is available to anyone who wants to download it, its located at http://sweettrix-gpttips.blogspot.com. It is located under the "Tips" section in "Keeping Track Of Offers" (about a little more than half-way down the page). When I first started completing offers for gpt sites I never kept track of offers mostly because I wasn't advised to do so. I now keep track of every offer I complete, I don't want to give them any reason to delete my account.
