Hello friends...as we all know,Gandhiji was a great man...he was the person who got independence for India[well he played a major role]....and now years have passed since his death....but this question lingers in my mind still.....are his ideals of truth, simplicity, non violence still relevant in our present society....can the Youth of any nation who are bubbling with adrenaline n energy embrace his ideals and inculcate them in their lives.....Can his ideals prevail in a society where violence, oppression and terrorism dominate???pls put in your thoughts..

Even in pre independence time his technique was not good for getting freedom from Britishers. And don't single out him for getting freedom, thousands of people laid down thier lives for this country. Bhagat Singh, Azad, Sukhdev, Rajguru, Ram Prasada Bishmil, Asfaquallh, Lala Lajpat Rai, Shahid Udham Singh.
