Anyone else on here use Sprint?

We've been with Sprint for some time now and am completely dissatisfied with the service. Half the time we can't even get service inside our house or the town we live in and we are constantly on digital or analog roaming.
Plus when I call customer service half the time I get disconnected or have to wait at least 30 minutes before I get a representative to answer. Its quite frustrating.
Plus if I want to up my minutes, I have to sign another 2 year contract. Its so dumb. I hate Sprint with a passion. I wish there was some way that I could get my phone disconnected without having to pay the disconnect fee and lost my deposit.
Is anyone else just completely disguisted with Sprint or am I the only one? Anyone know how I can get out of this contract??

i know some times you can not but i knpw when i was in sc i got it but i could not ues it you had to go out said to use your phone i do not know but im thinking about going to nextel i want to know how they service is i do not know about sprint i had it for a long time now and i got to get on with someone eles

I had sprint for 10 years and was very happy until last November. I wanted to upgrade my phone so I started shopping went with Cingulair or I mean AT&T and was able to get a better deal. For the person who said they want to use Nextel you would be dealing with same company as Sprint and Nextel are owned by Sprint.

I don't have Sprint but my daughter did a couple years ago. She canceled the service before her contract ended the service was so bad. At that time she paid the fees and stuff for canceling the contract but they are still trying to charge her for the service - really bad situation, I would never sign with Sprint.
