Where do you think it will be the favorable location to address the people of your country? Such as Independence Day Speech.

Hello Titaniumsoul, I haven't been around much. So, I wanted to pop into your questions to say 'hello'. If I were to give an Independence Day speech I would identify the largest target market. In other words, is it a local speech, city speech, county speech, national speech. I would figure out where the greatest number of target audience will be on the day of my speech, and arrange to give it there. For example: if I was to give a city wide speech on our Independence Day, the ideal location would be the center square of town, because the big 'pancake breakfast' is conducted on Independence Day. If I were presenting a national speech, and the subject matter was our national independence, then I would arrange to give the speech in Washington, DC. With the Jefferson or Lincoln Memorial behind me.
