A man asked my friend Jaime Cohen: "What is the human being's funniest characteristics?" Cohen said:"Our contradictioness. We are in such a hurry to grow up, and then we long for our lost childhood. We make ourselves ill earning money, and then spend all our money on getting well again. We think so much about the future that we neglect the present, and thus experience neither the present nor the future. We live as if we were never going to die, and die as if we had never lived. from the book "Like the Flowing River of Paulo Coelho" page 188

I like it.. it's true... when I was a kid, i wanted to grow up quickly so i can earn money, no need to go to shool, noone can tell me or order me what i have to do and what not. When I graduated university and went for work, that time i wanted to come back school to have all kinds of funs, no need to think about future, no need to worry about the jobs, money, love.... And now i want to be younger .. hehheh .... It's really funny to think about it rite?

indeed it is funny.. i also laughed when i first read the book.. but on the other side it has a lesson that everyone must learn.. even if how much we want to make the time fast it wont change. so all we have to do is to make the most on each day that we all have.. ;)
