Opportunity Knocking at the Door!!! What U'll do ?? Help Me!!

Suppose you are in the middle of a work. A number of people are depending upon you. Now if all of sudden opportunity that too a once in life knocks at your door, how u'll react to that? 'll it be possible for you to leave the current job? Suppose you was waiting for this opportunity since long. Actualy i'm facing this problem, so i want your views.

If this is a an opportunity that you've been waiting for then it is time to weigh the positive and negative effects of moving on to this new opportunity,If you haven't already done so.I must speak in generalities as you've not mentioned what the move may be.
How will it effect the family ,friends,mates etc..What effect would this have on finances?Try to look at it as rationally as you can without the interjection of emotion.Basically you need a list of pro's and con's and make a determination based off of that.
