how can i get a credit card for online payment.

i need to get a credit card for alot of online payment and i need it really fast but the problem is that i don't know how to obtain one does anyone here as any suggestion.

They are offering a virtual VISA card, that you could use for your online payments.
I hope that would help you. Maybe there are other virtual VISA cards in the Internet, you can try to search for them and compare the fees.

Go to your bank, and ask them for credit card. The bank have your account, so it will be quick to apply at your bank. The process will be more easier, because they have to make sure that you have ability to pay back your credit. So it can not be quicker when you apply in the other bank that you don't have an account there.
Choose the low limit and low interest for low risk when you make a transaction online.

thanks for your respond but the problem is that i do not know if how country offer credit cards service. but if i had money in my papay,e-gold or other paying sites can i convert to a paypal?
