When you go shopping, do you prefer to be with somebody or just alone?

I like to go with my friends so that we can discuss and they can prevent me from making bad purchases.

hi there! ;0 it just actually depends on the mood that i am in. there are times when i want to shop by myself, especially when im shopping for gifts. lolz. but when i want to buy something for myself, i would prefer to be accompanied by someone. :) at least i have somebody to ask opinions regarding the outfit. lolz. :) thank you and good day! :)

When shopping, I much prefer to be with someone else. It is more fun to have someone to talk to and enjoy spending tiem with. However, the person has to be someone who has the time and isn't rushed. Those who shop with me (my mother,my daughter and a few friends) know that when they go shopping with me, they best have some time on their hands! Ha!

I prefer to go alone for the same reason that you do. I do not want someone following behind me and rushing me along. I like to take my time with such things. I like to go where I want, when I want, for as long as I want. Sometimes, depending on what I am purchasing, I will ask someone's opinion, but for the most part I am confidant that when I get home, I will still like what I purchased.

I agree with you! very bothered by the fact that my friends have to wait for me while i am trying the clothes. therefore, if i am urgently in need of some special clothes, i would go alone as i have a fixed target. For leisure purposes, i would not mind going shopping with friends. Fun! especially when we tried the same designs, different colours clothings! cos they would seem like uniforms when we all stood in front of the mirror!

I prefer to be alone sometimes. But when I buy something I am not familiar, I prefer to have somebody with me.

Well, I like shopping. And really like to be somebody to be with me. Going out with friends is cool! But sometimes when the occasion comes to go shopping with my parents, I am left with no choices! Go out and get what they get for you! and with my sister, she takes the whole time in the world! Shopping alone, I seldom go out! bye!

I prefer to go alone. I'm not much for shopping, but to me I hate having to wait for someone else while they are looking at stuff that is of no interest to me. I also shop faster by myself if I don't have to keep going to look at something that someone "just has to have." My worst experience is when I have to take my mom to Walmart. She can turn a 30 min. shopping time into 3 hrs.

I don't like to do shopping on my own.For me it's like i have no friends so ialways take someon with me and won't feel alone.I feelmuch more better when i'm with someone.

I usually go shopping with a friend. If I go shopping alone, I might end up buying on impulse and buying a lot of things which I don't really need in my life and probably never really use them. Just a waste of money. I have a shopping buddy and I usually go with her to shop. We have known each other for ages and we give the most honest comments. She would tell me if I really need the stuff and if it really looks good on me. Occassionally, I go to shop for clothes alone. Because I know the owner and she would prevent me from buying everything in her store *laughs*.

Hi there! If my intention is just to window shop then I prefer to be alone. I don't want to drag someone with me coz he/she might just feel bored. But if i really intend to buy something that i have already decided during my window shopping then i prefer to tag along a friend or two. I always ask them for advice if i am making the right choice.

I always feel awkward shopping alone. I mean, if I just have to run into a store to get something really quick, that isn't such a big deal. I don't mind it much. However, when I have to go shopping on a longer trip that requires me to look around at things and what not, I like being with someone because I feel so weird shopping alone. Really can't explain why either, it just makes me uncomfortable.

well, for me i really do shopping alone because i am very careful when looking for what i want to shop. sometimes if your with somebody you bother to think if he / she is already tired or hungry. so i'd rather shop alone.

I like going shopping with my mom if I can con her into buying me something. Even if it's simple things like toilet paper or food. Everything helps! I hate shopping for clothes with other people. I don't like going to the grocery store with other people. For the most part...I'd prefer to go shopping alone. I never ask opinions on clothes anyhow, and I RARELY try things on (ok somebody else wore that...I need to wash it first! I'm so weird about that.)

I think it is boring to go shopping alone, I like to go with other people so they can help me pick things out.

When I go shopping I always prefer to have someone to accompany me. I always do this becasue sometimes when I go alone I tend to forget some items that I supposed to buy. So being with someone helps me because he gives advices and reminds me of what are supposed to buy. I also get second opinions whether the item I am interested of buying is best suitable for me. It really helps being with someone when I go shopping because their opinions coutns. "As the saying goes two heads are better than one".
