Gnashing, or bruxism, is due to clenching of the teeth other than in chewing and is associated with forceful lateral or protrusive jaw movements. This results in grinding or rubbing the teeth together. Gnashing usually occurs during sleep. It is sometimes so excessive that it damages the occlusal surfaces of the teeth, particularly the molar teeth http://www.medterms.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=13070 Do you know someone who gnashes his/her teeth during sleep? I do gnash my teeth when I sleep.According to my husband, I gnash my teeth as if I am so angry with somebody. Do you know any remedy for this? Pls. share! Thanks

I don't know of anyone, but they do have mouth guards that you put in your mouth..They form to your mouth so it will fit properly..like the football players use..I hope this helps...
