To Home School or Not to Home School

This is a question that I have been pondering more and more as my daughter gets closer and closer to starting school. I don't know about your area, but in mine, the public schools are for the birds. They do not prepare you for college and all I feel like I learned was a lot of things that I would rather my daughter not learn. My mother-in-law works in a middle school and there are little 13 year old girls pregnant. They do not enforce the dress code and hopefully their parents are not letting them leave the house like that. Not to mention that schools do not even seem to be safe anymore. So, I just want to know from those of you who home school your children or have been home schooled how you feel about this. My cousin feels that it limited her social abilities and that she had a hard time when she went on to college and on to get a job. What do you think?

hello friends.....i think home school as same as not home school, we can choose one of them but how to take your child.....we must give the best to our child.....and i think you must give oportunity to your child to choose one of them....believe your child coz what they choose are the best for them...

Well if you have enough funds then you can let her into a home study program...but sometimes we need to expose our kids to the world...I can't imagine why those thirteen girls got pregnant? too young and why did it happen to them so early...
